How you will make an impact:  

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial cooling towers across various locations in Florida.
• Provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to offer solutions and quotes based on inspection findings.
• Assist in post-sales project management and coordination with internal teams.
• Manage parts supply and subcontract labor as necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence.

What you bring:

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a technician. Cooling tower experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex commercial mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in crawlspaces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in HVAC.
